Perlantikan Baru Pengarah Kerja PHB

Seluruh warga PHB ingin merakamkan setinggi-tinggi ucapan Tahniah dan Syabas kepada Prof. Dr. Rosalan bin Amirudin di atas pelantikan beliau sebagai Pengarah Kerja Pejabat Harta Bina yang baru berkuat kuasa mulai 15. 10. 2017.

Semoga PHB akan terus maju di bawah kepimpinan YBhg. Prof. seiring dengan perkembangan UTM.

Tidak dilupakan, Jutaan Terima Kasih kepada Prof. Dr. Abd. Latif bin Saleh atas sumbangan beliau sepanjang tempoh sebagai Pengarah Kerja PHB bermula 15.10.2011 sehingga 15.10.2017 (6 Tahun).

Polisi dan Tatacara Perolehan Kerja UTM

Polisi dan Tatacara Perolehan Kerja UTM adalah untuk rujukan dan akan digunakan bagi keseluruhan perolehan kerja di peringkat Universiti dalam pelaksanaan dan pengendalian projek-projek terutamanya di Pejabat Harta Bina selaku peneraju perolehan kerja di UTM.

PTJ dibenarkan mengendalikan perolehan kerja bagi nilai di bawah RM20,000.00 dengan syarat mendapat kelulusan bertulis dari Pejabat Harta Bina terlebih dahulu (sila rujuk Polisi Item 4).

Ia juga menjadi SOP proses perolehan Bahagian Kontrak, Pejabat Harta Bina berdasarkan kepada keperluan dan prosedur Kerajaan semasa dan disesuaikan dengan keperluan perolehan di UTM.

Polisi ini berkuat kuasa pada 8 Ogos 2017.

Salam Sejahtera,

Izinkan saya merujuk kepada perkara tersebut.
Berdasarkan e-mel yg telah dipanjangkan sebelum ini, terdapat respon pemakluman dari beberapa staf yang tidak dapat melihat sepenuhnya jadual kadar harga sewaan ruang untuk maklumat seperti capaian di bawah:

Setelah dibuat semakan oleh pihak kami, didapati tiada masalah utk kami melihat sepenuhnya jadual tersebut. Antara enjin carian yg telah diuji cuba adalah Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome dan juga Opera.
Kami beranggapan berkemungkinan enjin carian yg digunakan tidak dikemaskini. Mana2 pihak yg sukar utk melihat keseluruhan jadual tersebut dicadangkan utk kemaskini ke versi yg lebih terkini.
Sebagai alternatif, pihak kami akan turut menyediakan salinan kadar harga yg boleh dimuat turun utk kemudahan rujukan semua.
Kadar harga sewa yg tertera di web adalah PALING TERKINI dan sekiranya berbeza dgn mana2 maklumat yg diperoleh dari sumber2 yang lain, maka rujukan di web yang akan digunakan. Kendatipun demikian, kadar harga ini tertakluk kepada perubahan dari semasa ke semasa.

Di samping itu juga, Unit Kampus Ekopelancongan juga ingin memaklumkan bahawa sebagai unit yg bertanggungjawab dalam mempromosi dan menyemarakkan inisiatif ini, satu usaha penyelarasan sedang dilaksanakan utk menjadikan unit ini sebagai Pusat Perkhidmatan Setempat (One Stop Centre). PHB 01 The Office of Asset & Development (OAD) was established on 27 December, 1973. Its function was not only as the ‘provider’ for the maintenance for the University but was also responsible for the ongoing campus planning, development, upgrading, renovations, space and vehicle booking services. The office is divided into 5 divisions namely: Maintenance & Upgrading Division, Development Division, Contract Division, Services Division and Administration & Human Resource Division.The Maintenance and Upgrading Division is the largest division in terms of manpower and its scope of work.The division has 5 units which take care of all the aspects of maintenance concerning campus facilities, which include buildings, upgrading works, electrical and air-conditioning systems, water supply, waste management, infrastructures and landscaping.
The Development Division is responsible for the planning of infrastructural facilities for UTM campus in order to meet the university requirements as well as the implementation of capital projects. At present, in the division there is a Project Unit which manages the construction of several projects under RMK9 budget amounting to nearly RM 1.0 billion. The other unit which is the Planning unit manages the budget submission for RMK 10 projects which was submitted to the Higher Education Ministry in November 2009.The Contract Division is a new division established to be independent of other divisions to manage matters related to procurement and contractual.
The Administration and Human Resource Division provides administrative support to the OAD. The Division oversees the administration, finance, human resources and public relations. It manages activities such as training, IT resources, preparation of financial statements, preparation of publications, despatching of documents, preparation of OAD internal space working facilities and office equipment rental. Another new division is the Services Division. The division is in charge of the Ecotourism Campus initiative, fleet booking, space booking, space rental, managing technical preparations for UTM official functions as well as provide other support services for events and activities organized by the UTM community.
